3D Printed Products

All 3D printed items and custom 3D printed products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

These products are made specifically as per order requirements, designs, or specifications. Due to the customized nature of 3D printing, returns or exchanges are not accepted once the order has been processed and delivered.

We request customers to carefully review product details, dimensions, and specifications before placing an order.

3D Printing Filaments

If you face any issues related to 3D printing filaments, please contact us within 7 days (1 week) of purchase.

Requests received after 7 days of purchase will not be eligible for review.

Important Notes

  • Products damaged due to improper storage, incorrect printer settings, or user handling are not eligible for replacement or refund.

  • The final decision on returns or replacements will be at the discretion of Pyrotech Solutions / Evo3D Filament Series after verification.
