Pyrotech Solutions is an engineering and prototyping services provider. Evo3D Filament Series is our in-house brand for manufacturing and supplying 3D printing filaments. We provide products and services including, but not limited to, 3D printing, rapid prototyping, filament manufacturing, and engineering support.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete

3. Products & Services

3D Printed Products

  • All 3D printed products are made-to-order or custom in nature.

  • Minor visual marks, layer lines, surface texture, or slight dimensional variations are normal in 3D printed parts and are not considered defects.

  • 3D printed items are non-returnable and non-refundable, as stated in our Return Policy.

3D Printing Filaments

  • Filament properties may vary slightly due to material batches and processing conditions.

  • Performance depends on printer calibration, storage, and usage conditions, which are beyond our control.

4. Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be paid in full before processing.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, availability issues, or suspected misuse.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to production time, courier delays, or external factors.

  • Pyrotech Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by shipping partners or force majeure events.

  • Risk of damage or loss passes to the customer once the product is handed over to the courier.

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

  • 3D printed items are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Filament-related issues must be reported within 7 days of purchase with order and bill details.

  • Any replacement or refund is subject to verification and final approval by Pyrotech Solutions.

  • Improper usage, incorrect printer settings, moisture damage, or user handling issues are not covered.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, images, text, logos, product names, and content on this website are the property of Pyrotech Solutions unless otherwise stated.

  • Customers may not copy, reproduce, resell, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

8. Custom Designs & Prototyping Services

  • Designs shared by customers remain their intellectual property.

  • By submitting a design, you confirm that you have the legal right to use and manufacture it.

  • Pyrotech Solutions is not responsible for intellectual property disputes related to customer-provided designs.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

  • Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Pyrotech Solutions harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of misuse of our products, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gujarat.
