  • 3D printed products are made-to-order and may require additional production time.

  • Typical order processing time:

    • 3D printing filaments: 1–3 business days

    • Custom 3D printed products: 3–7 business days (depending on complexity and quantity)

Processing times may vary due to order volume, customization, or material availability.


Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping is not available unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.


Shipping Methods & Partners

  • Orders are shipped using reliable third-party courier and logistics partners.

  • The choice of courier is at our discretion to ensure timely and safe delivery.


Estimated Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

    • Metro cities: 2–4 business days

    • Non-metro / remote locations: 4–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or other factors beyond our control.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Any additional charges (such as remote area fees) levied by the courier must be borne by the customer.


Order Tracking

  • Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.

  • Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment using the provided tracking information.


Delivery Issues

  • Pyrotech Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

  • In case of delivery failure due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, re-shipping charges will apply.

  • Any visible damage to the package must be reported to the courier at the time of delivery and to us within 24 hours.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, we will assist in raising a claim with the courier.

  • Resolution depends on the courier’s investigation and policies.

  • Pyrotech Solutions’ liability is limited to the amount recovered from the courier, if any.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error are not eligible for refund.


Force Majeure

We are not liable for shipping delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or logistical disruptions.
